Life Transitions

Transitions, even those that are joyful, can be stressful. Change is inevitable, but it can also feel daunting at times. Whether you've gone out to College or became a new mom, switched careers or experienced loss, part of us changes with it. If you're finding it difficult to cope through this transition and find yourself experiencing a range of emotions that feel overwhelming to make sense of, then therapy might be the right place to process it all.
